Upcoming Training Dates 2026

Caroline runs a range of engaging and interactive training days with many teaching schools, LAs and various course providers. These courses can also be run as in-house training sessions for individual schools or clusters of schools.

How to be an Amazing Middle Leader 2026

An interactive online training event that explains and skills up new and existing Subject and Middle Leaders. It focuses on developing leadership skills and the practicalities of leading an area or team. As well as helping staff solve some of the challenges – such as having difficult conversations with team members. You will also receive a copy of Caroline’s best-selling book ‘How to be an Amazing Middle Leader’. This will be posted to you.

The course comprises two sessions on consecutive days:
