Caroline has been a Local Authority adviser, examiner, Ofsted inspector and accredited SIP. She currently works in schools and colleges across the UK and overseas. She trains and coaches teachers to improve their practice and reach the much sought after ‘Outstanding’ grade. She also runs a range of popular revision sessions with GCSE and A Level pupils and enrichment sessions with Key Stage 2-5 pupils.

Caroline is a Teaching and Learning expert, but also has extensive experience in other areas these include whole day training and twilight inset on areas such as:

  • Developing and Strengthening Middle Leadership
  • ‘Sticky Teaching’ helping your pupils learn for examination success
  • Raising Boys' Achievement
  • NQT Behaviour Management Strategies and how to have an outstanding year.

Caroline also works with middle and senior leaders evaluating teaching and learning. She provides an impartial review of specific areas such as: the quality of marking and feedback, quality of lessons, pupil voice and conducts Learning Walks on the school's priority areas. This allows the school to receive important feedback about how well they are doing and gives clear direction about what next steps they need to address.
